Well, I always meant to, but I never really could get to it or find a “karaoke” version that I liked. Well, again, I met with Kyle Rice and he started playing this guitar run and I just began to sing the words to “Amazing Grace” but with a completely different melody. In 15 minutes, Kyle and I worked out the melody. Then I gave it to my friend Chris Mendez, who’s a musical prodigy and he came up with a solid structure for the song and performed the drums and other instruments on the track.
